McBrown also noted that she did not have a written contract with her former employers, which gave her the freedom to move on without any legal repercussions.
“I was waiting for them to call and say come let’s think about what is new. However, I don’t have a contract with anybody, so if nobody is minding me, I have the right to move on,” she stated.
McBrown’s move to Media General has generated a lot of attention, as she is widely regarded as one of the most talented and versatile personalities in the Ghanaian entertainment industry. As I lay there, I couldn’t help but feel lost and scared. The darkness around me was so absolute that I couldn’t even see my own hands. My senses were completely cut off, leaving me feeling like I was floating in some kind of void. I was completely alone, and the fear that I was in great danger was almost palpable.
I started to call out, hoping that someone would answer and tell me where I was. But my voice echoed back at me, bouncing off the darkness and giving me no answers. I was completely disorientated, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was in some kind of nightmare.
I started to cry, but even that seemed strange. My tears didn’t seem to fall, and I was left feeling even more isolated. How could I be crying if I couldn’t even see my own tears?
The silence was deafening, and I felt like I was slowly losing my mind. I closed my eyes, trying to focus on my breathing and calm myself down. But when I opened my eyes again, I was still in the same place.
As the moments passed, I started to feel a sense of acceptance wash over me. Perhaps this was the end, and I had finally reached the end of my life. But even as I accepted my fate, I couldn’t help but feel angry at the injustice of it all. Why had death come for me in such a brutal way?
Eventually, I was overcome by exhaustion and I must have fallen asleep. When I woke up, I was in a completely different place. I was surrounded by light, and I could feel my body once again. I was back in the world of the living, and I was filled with a sense of gratitude and relief.
But the memory of that dark void stayed with me, and I knew that death would always be a wicked and terrifying thing. I had been given a second chance, but I knew that one day I would have to face death once again. And that thought filled me with dread.
