George Britton Condemns Inappropriate Reactions of Some Despite Media Employees to Nana Ama Mcbrown’s Departure

The entertainment industry has been abuzz with discussions about Nana Ama Mcbrown’s recent departure from Despite Media, and now, artist manager George Britton has weighed in on the matter.

On Monday, March 13, 2023, Media General put together a grand ceremony to officially welcome the award-winning actress as their new employee, a move that apparently did not sit well with some of her former colleagues at Despite Media.

During various shows on the media platform, employees such as Ola Michael, Kwame Nkrumah Tikese, Abena Moet, and others used their airtime to criticize Mcbrown, accusing her of being ungrateful and disloyal.

However, their remarks have been met with widespread criticism online, including from George Britton, the CEO of GB Records and manager of talented Ghanaian musician Camidoh.

In a Facebook post, Britton expressed his shock and disappointment at the behavior of some current employees of Despite Media. He questioned why people should not be allowed to move on to new institutions if they feel it is time to do so.

Many people online have echoed Britton’s sentiments, expressing their support for Nana Ama Mcbrown and their disappointment in the behavior of her former colleagues.

As the entertainment industry continues to evolve, it is important for individuals and organizations to recognize that change is inevitable, and people should be free to pursue new opportunities without facing unnecessary criticism or backlash
