The Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, has underlined the government’s dedication to improving elementary school education, focusing on infrastructure and the integration of supplementary tools to establish a favorable learning environment. During the Education Week opening ceremony in Accra, the minister emphasized the government’s readiness to make significant investments in all aspects of education, preparing students for global competitiveness across diverse fields.
Themed “Education Delivery for National Transformation: A Case Study of STEM,” the event aimed to both commemorate and evaluate the government’s accomplishments in the education sector. Dr. Adutwum assured that more substantial transformations were on the horizon.
Representing the Vice President, Minister for Information Kojo Oppong Nkrumah echoed the commitment of the current administration to invest in education. He emphasized aligning education with industry requirements to ensure students are well-prepared for the demands of the workforce.
