Kevin Taylor, the host of Loud Silence TV’s “With All Due Respect” program, has made allegations that Dr. Kwabena Duffuor, a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has been sponsored by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to cause distraction and division within the NDC.
According to Taylor, Duffuor has refused to adhere to the party’s rules and regulations in regards to elections and has been working against the NDC’s interests. Taylor claims that he had warned the NDC leadership about Duffuor’s ulterior motives but they did not take his concerns seriously.
Taylor also expressed suspicion about Duffuor’s sudden release of his passport and documents by the attorney general, despite being under trial. He alleged that the NPP had given Duffuor a task to perform against John Mahama and the NDC, but that Duffuor’s attempts to sabotage the party would not succeed.
Taylor asserted that the NDC was more united and resolute than ever before, and that they would win the 2024 election, even if it took ten years. He added that he was confident that John Mahama would eventually be elected as the NDC Flagbearer and that Duffuor would never lead the party into the 2024 elections.
