The poignant event took place at Asomdwee Park in Accra and witnessed the gathering of party members, political dignitaries, and citizens, all coming together to pay their respects to the esteemed figure in Ghanaian politics. President Mills served as the nation’s leader from 2009 to 2012.

During the memorial service, prominent NDC leaders delivered heartfelt speeches, sharing touching anecdotes and memories of their time working alongside President Mills.
