JUST IN: Office Of The Special Prosecutor Arrests Four, Including Administrator At Office Of The Vice President -Check More Details

On Monday, February 13, four individuals, including an administrator at the Office of the Vice President, will appear before the Criminal Division of the Accra High Court. The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has charged them with failing to declare their sources of income, which is a violation of regulation 20 of LI2374.

The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has arrested four individuals, including an administrator at the Office of the Vice President and senior officers from the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). These individuals are identified as Issah Seidu of the National Insurance Commission (NIC), James Keck Osei of the Office of the Vice President, John Abban and Peter Archibald Hyde of the GRA Customs Division.

The individuals, Issah Seidu, James Keck Osei, John Abban, and Peter Archibold Hyde, were arrested following an audit into their lifestyles conducted by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP). They are scheduled to appear in front of the Criminal Division of the Accra High Court on Monday, February 13, 2023
