The Computerized School Selection and Placement Portal (CSSPS) has gone live, creating anticipation among over 570,000 candidates eager to discover their Senior High School fate. Education Minister Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum shared insights, revealing that 555,353 candidates met placement criteria, with 367,811 automatically securing spots in preferred schools.
While this brings joy, 187,542 candidates face the challenge of self-placement due to unsuccessful automatic placement. Acting swiftly is crucial, given the first-come, first-served nature of self-placement and limited vacancies in schools. The process involves selecting preferred schools, programs, and day/boarding status promptly.
To check placements, a results checker voucher is required, obtainable through mobile money or a designated website. The CSSPS journey is dynamic, emphasizing the importance of early action for candidates to embark on their educational journey confidently.
