Comedian Funny Face was involved in a serious accident in Kasoa, located in the Central Region, reportedly hitting five people at Kakraba Junction, according to an eyewitness who suggested one victim may be deceased. The casualties included a mother and her two children, as well as two motorcyclists struck after the initial impact. The incident, captured in footage from the scene, occurred this evening on March 24, 2024. A video shared by Accra-based UTV showed Funny Face being led away while bystanders surrounded the vehicle he was allegedly driving. Known by his real name, Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, Funny Face rose to fame through the popular sitcom “Chorkor Trotro” and is recognized by aliases like SwagOn-Papa and Children’s President. In recent years, he has faced publicized relationship issues with his baby mama, resulting in a court referral for psychological evaluation. Funny Face has openly acknowledged his battles with depression and, in recent social media posts, accused his baby mama of plotting to permanently separate him from their three children.
